Luxe Wellness Spaces is a specialist spa and wellness consulting firm based in South Africa, working with clients across Africa, the Middle East, and beyond. Our consultants and independent advisors bridge the gap between architectural vision and commercial reality. How we work
Every engagement begins with the commercial question, not the design question. Revenue targets, yield expectations, and operating model are established before an architect is involved. We build businesses, then we build spaces.

Few, focused projects
We limit our active portfolio deliberately. Every engagement is led by a dedicated senior consultant, supported by specialist advisors matched to the specific demands of the project. We do not scale by adding generalists. If we cannot give a project the attention it requires, we say so before we take it on.
Lifecycle Stewardship
We do not produce a strategy document and disappear. From initial feasibility through operational layout planning, procurement, staff recruitment, and launch day readiness, we remain involved to ensure the commercial vision survives the construction process intact.
Independent by Design
We accept no commissions, referral fees, or supplier arrangements of any kind. Our recommendations are governed entirely by what produces the best commercial outcome for the asset. That independence is structural and not a policy that bends under procurement pressure.

Founder and PRINCIPAL CONSULTANT
Daryn founded Luxe Wellness Spaces after 18 years of operational and consultancy experience across large-scale integrated resorts in the Middle East and Caribbean, boutique private members clubs, and residential developments across Africa.
The observation that shaped the firm was consistent across every market: capital was being committed before commercial logic was established. Daryn built the consultancy firm to correct that sequence, and leads every senior engagement personally, applying the firm's commercial framework from feasibility through to launch.
Lita de Reuck
Lead Architectural Advisor
Lita brings a rare combination of technical and scientific expertise to the advisory team. Holding dual Master's degrees in Professional Architecture (MArch, Distinction) and Clinical Nutrition (MSc, Distinction), she operates at the intersection of human biology and the built environment, an increasingly valuable position in wellness asset design.
Her role within the firm is precise: she translates the commercial and operational blueprints into fully resolved technical documentation, and remains engaged through the build phase to ensure design decisions remain aligned with the owner's CapEx parameters and long-term asset value.
Where other advisors apply wellness as aesthetic, Lita applies it as science, without drifting into the hyper-medicalised approaches that inflate budgets and underdeliver on guest experience.
