Founder and Managing director
Daryn is a consulting-led wellness and hospitality leader with 18 years in luxury operations across the Caribbean and the Middle East. He heads Luxe Wellness Spaces, blending operational performance with design excellence to deliver spas, fitness facilities, and private wellness environments that lift revenue, guest satisfaction, and brand value. His expertise spans operational audits and KPI improvement, menu engineering and pricing, feasibility and commercial modelling, functional layouts with MEP-aware planning, vendor and equipment curation, and coordinated delivery to handover with operating playbooks and team enablement. Based in South Africa, Daryn serves hospitality, residential, and corporate wellness clients globally.
