We limit our active portfolio deliberately. Every engagement is led by a dedicated senior consultant, supported by specialist advisors matched to the specific demands of the project. We do not scale by adding generalists. If we cannot give a project the attention it requires, we say so before we take it on.

Acting as our Lead Architectural Advisor, Lita bridges the critical divide between LWS’s commercial blueprinting and the built environment. With extensive international experience across luxury hospitality, commercial, and high-end residential projects, she ensures that our operational design intent is strictly safeguarded through the technical documentation and delivery phases.

Lita’s expertise is anchored by a rare, highly specialized academic background. Holding dual Master’s degrees in Professional Architecture (MArch, Distinction) and Clinical Nutrition (MSc, Distinction), she brings a rigorous, scientific approach to health-centered design. She ensures that spaces not only optimize biological health - through advanced circadian lighting, air quality, and biophilic integration - but remain completely buildable, commercially grounded, and aligned with the owner's CapEx requirements.

Technical Translation: Converting LWS operational blueprints into fully resolved, clash-coordinated technical architectural documentation.
Health-Centered Design Engineering: Applying human physiology and biological principles to structural space planning, without relying on hyper-medicalized tech fads.
Execution Oversight: Acting as a technical guardian during the build phase to ensure design decisions remain aligned with long-term asset value and operational flow.
