Do you work internationally?

Yes. While based in South Africa, a significant portion of our portfolio is in the Middle East and Indian Ocean. We work remotely and on-site as required.

Do you handle construction?

No. We are the owner's representative. We manage the tender process and oversee your contractors to ensure the vision is executed correctly, but we are not the builders.

When is the right time to engage a wellness consultant?

Ideally, during the feasibility or concept phase. By engaging us before the architectural plans are finalized, we can prevent costly operational mistakes (such as incorrect zoning or flow issues) that are expensive to fix later. However, we also join projects at the pre-opening stage to handle recruitment, training, and launch strategy.

Do you replace our architect or interior designer?

No. We act as the operational bridge between your vision and their design, providing the technical brief that empowers them to create a viable space. However, if you have not yet appointed a design team, we have a curated network of reputable wellness architects and interior designers that we can bring to the project to ensure seamless delivery.

Do you work with existing businesses that are underperforming?

Yes. A core part of our business is the "Asset Health Check." We conduct a deep-dive audit of your current P&L, staffing model, and service mix to identify revenue leaks. We then provide a corrective strategy to turn the department back to profitability.

How is your fee structure modeled?

We work on a fixed-fee basis per project phase (e.g., Concept, Design Guidance, Pre-Opening). This ensures budget certainty for developers and owners, with no hidden costs or open-ended hourly billing.
